The courier will notify you by phone or text message before arriving. They will contact you to arrange the exact delivery time.
Delivery to a VENIPAK parcel locker

Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a code by SMS to open the parcel locker.
Attention!Not all items can be delivered to a VENIPAK parcel locker, so this delivery option is not available for all orders.
Delivery time
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are usually delivered within1–2 business days.
After-hours delivery
Evening delivery (18:00–22:00) is available only in major Lithuanian cities:In Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus.
If you need an evening delivery, please specify this in the order comments field. In other areas, deliveries are made during business hours only.
Delivery to the Curonian Spit
Delivery to the Curonian Spit incurs a fee€19.99 excl. VAT. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an additional invoice for delivery in a separate email.

Receiving your parcel from the courier
When receiving your items, check the condition of the parcel and sign where indicated by the courier (on the paper manifest or smart device).
Important!If you notice any damage to the shipment or discrepancies in its contents, notify the courier immediately and record the defects on the delivery manifest, or ask the courier to do so on their device. If these steps are not taken, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect and could have been identified during an external inspection.
