From now on, every Venipak delivery in Lithuania comes with a clear commitment: we guarantee delivery within 1–3 business days (excluding the Curonian Spit).
What happens if we don’t deliver on time?
If your order arrives later than promised, we’ll give you a voucher equal to your delivery fee. No cash or refunds to your card—just a fair compensation voucher covering the cost of the delayed delivery, which you can use for future purchases! That’s €4.50 if you chose a parcel locker, or €8 for courier delivery. You’ll receive a €4.50 or €8 voucher accordingly.

If you received your parcel after more than 3 business days, email your order number to marketing@ainhuk.lt. We’ll give you a voucher equal to your delivery fee.
