"Spirit Ferm Extreme" distilling yeast is a very strong yeast strain that will process 8 kg of sugar in 3-4 days.

Dissolve 8 kg of sugar in hot water and top up with cold water to a total volume of 25 liters.

Pour the entire contents of one yeast packet into a 25–30 °C temperature mixture and mix well.

Due to the highly turbulent fermentation process, it is important to ensure enough space in the fermenter – ideally, use a 30-liter fermentation vessel for 25 liters of fermentation needs. The vessel lid should be placed loosely.
