Wine yeast nutrients 10g.

The nutritional supplement for wine yeast is a mineral nutrient whose main component is diammonium phosphate. A 10 g pack is sufficient for 25 liters of fermentation.

The yeast nutrient can be added once at the beginning of fermentation (together with the yeast). However, it is increasingly recommended to add it in three equal parts: the first at the start of fermentation, the second after 3–5 days, and the third after 10 days of fermentation. The nutrient should be kept dry during storage.
